I know it might be too hot to wear mid-calf socks with loafers, but as Icona Pop's most well known and slightly annoying song says; I don't care, I love it. For two reasons, 1: I don't know how to dress appropriately for summer. For the most part, I wear the same things during winter, autumn, or spring that I wear on the hottest summer day (yes, I did just quote one of my own tweets in an attemp of self-promotion), I'm just not cut out for the hot weather -- give me some clouds and rain & I'll be a happy girl; and 2: I just couldn't wait to put on my first ever COS purchase, aka the most soft & comfortable mid-calf socks I've ever owned. Like I said, I don't care, I love it.

ReplyDeleteThere are few people I know, who agree that clouds and rain are the way to go. I relate so much to the whole dressing-for-summer part. I wore a long sleeve denim shirt and jeans on a 90 degree day, and sure I almost died of heatstroke, but anything for fashion :) But in all seriousness, I can only dress for winter, I can't even explain how excited I am for cooler weather.
